Clash of the Empires

In a time of legend, the final refuge for the wise and tranquil Hobbits is shattered when the fearsome Java Men—dragon-riding, Komodo-worshiping cannibals—invade and enslave them. Determined to save his kin, particularly his mother, young Hobbit Goben, along with his father and sister, embarks on a journey to enlist the aid of the “giants,” a group of human hunters. Together, this courageous alliance sets out to locate the Java Men’s hidden fortress and free the remaining Hobbits, resulting in a union that ultimately alters both the human and Hobbit races forever.
