Grande école

Paul and Agnes have been in a relationship for a while, but Agnes is taken aback when Paul chooses to live on campus with two roommates instead of moving in with her. As Paul connects with one of his roommates, Louis-Anault, he experiences an unexpected attraction. Agnes, feeling envious, proposes a daring wager: the first to win Louis-Anault’s affection gets their way. If Agnes succeeds, Paul will suppress his budding homosexual feelings, but if Paul triumphs, Agnes will leave. Meanwhile, Paul crosses paths with Mecir, a young Arab worker, who helps him discover there’s more to life than the confines of elite academia. Grande École (2004) is ready to watch.
