Cut Her Out

Tormented by recurring nightmares and compulsive sleepwalking, Darcy Baker cannot shake off the horrific memories of her childhood abuse inflicted by her mother. When her therapist, Ryan, learns about the abandonment of her family home—the epicenter of her nightmares—he becomes determined to help Darcy confront her past and unlock suppressed memories to aid her healing process. Though reluctant to return to the site of so much pain, Darcy is driven by her longing for Ryan’s affection and agrees to revisit her childhood dwelling. Once there, they are confronted by the ghost of her mother’s terror that still haunts Darcy, and they stumble upon ten-year-old Sam, a wild, speechless boy with hidden secrets of his own. Ryan is committed to healing both Sam and Darcy, but questions arise about whether their shared bloodline can overcome the challenges they face.
