Madhouse

Julia, portrayed by Trish Everly in her only film appearance, is a dedicated teacher working with deaf children in Savannah, Georgia. Troubled by traumatic childhood memories of her cruel twin sister, Mary, she reluctantly visits her sibling in a mental institution at the behest of her uncle, Father James. Mary, afflicted by a severe skin condition, reacts poorly during the visit and vows to make Julia endure the same suffering she has. As their shared birthday looms closer, a series of brutal murders befalls Julia’s friends and neighbors. A menacing Rottweiler, possibly linked to Mary, is among those committing these heinous acts, leaving Julia questioning whether Mary is truly behind the killings. Watch Madhouse (1981) online.
