Bloomin Mud Shuffle

Lonnie’s life remains stagnant even after sixteen years post-high school graduation. He continues to paint houses, drink excessively, and spend time with the usual friends, among them Alex Karpovsky from “Girls,” who provides his usual hilarity. “Bloomin Mud Shuffle” is a raw, heartfelt film that finds humor amid life’s difficult situations. This seventh movie by Frank V. Ross shines with impressive performances, featuring Natasha Lyonne from “Orange is the New Black” and Rebecca Spence, known from Ross’s “Tiger Tail in Blue” at WFF 2013, accompanied by a soundtrack by John Medeski of Medeski Martin & Wood.
