Station to Station

In an innovative exploration of art and creativity, visual artist Doug Aitken embarked on an ambitious project titled Station to Station, challenging the restrictive nature of cultural compartmentalization. This endeavor involved a train journey across North America, transforming it into a mobile hub of creativity filled with artists, musicians, and curators. As they traveled, these creatives collaborated to produce a series of dynamic artworks, films, and recordings, culminating in 10 distinct events nationwide. Ready to explore this creative journey?
