Elijah’s Ashes

Meet Lawrence Shaw, an average man caught between the expectations of his professional life in testosterone-driven advertising and his personal life with his boyfriend. Struggling with acceptance in both worlds, his life takes a complicated turn when his father, Elijah, passes away, leaving a peculiar last wish. He must journey across the country with his highly homophobic half-brother, Kevin, to lay their father to rest. This misadventure sets the stage for a comically heartfelt exploration of familial bonds and self-discovery, capturing themes of love and acceptance. Can Lawrence truly embrace others if he hasn’t yet learned to embrace himself?
