9 Days

In a disturbing and dark twist on “Dante’s Inferno,” similar in style to the intense horror of “Hostel” and “High Tension,” this story unveils a chilling narrative. Eager to escape a cruel foster home, the determined 18-year-old Danielle accepts a ride from a seemingly kind stranger named Virgil. However, his friendliness masks a sinister agenda driven by his distorted religious convictions and vendetta against women. Danielle’s hope for rescue shatters when she wakes up partially clothed and shackled in Virgil’s basement, revealing the true nature of her supposed savior. Trapped in a sadistic “moral cleansing” where the line between life and death blurs, Danielle faces a terrifying choice—whether to resist or descend into a realm as monstrous as the one Virgil inhabits. Virgil underestimates her resilience; Danielle might be more than a match for his twisted psychological games. Watch “9 Days (2013)” on cineby and 123Movies for free.
