Carpool

When a man is unexpectedly tasked with driving the neighborhood kids to school due to his ill wife’s absence, his day takes a dramatic turn for the worse when a stop for donuts leads to him being caught in the middle of a robbery. This chaotic situation escalates as another desperate individual, planning a bank heist, intervenes by robbing the original thieves and subsequently taking the man and children hostage in their van, which is trapped by an armored car. What follows is a madcap comedic chase, highlighting how the children’s respect is more directed toward the charismatic robber than their own father. Ultimately, everyone undergoes a significant change in their lives, including the store owner where the initial chaos started. Watch Carpool (1996) online for free.
