Sonny with a Chance

“Sonny with a Chance,” an American children’s sitcom created by Steve Marmel for Disney Channel, centers on the adventures of teenager Sonny Munroe, played by Demi Lovato, as she joins the cast of her beloved live comedy TV show, “So Random!”. Premiering on February 8, 2009, in the U.S., it was the first Disney Channel Original Series to be broadcast entirely in high-definition from the start. While it typically mirrors traditional taped sitcoms with a “filmized” look, some scenes in the second season were shot on location. This series is among the trio of Disney Channel Original Series featuring a show-within-a-show concept, along with “The Famous Jett Jackson” and “Shake It Up.” Ultimately, the series concluded on January 2, 2011, following Lovato’s departure, but later continued sans Lovato under the title “So Random!”. Now, you can watch “Sonny with a Chance” online for free on streaming platforms like cineby.
