Risttuules

On the night of June 14, 1941, at 3 a.m., over 40,000 individuals from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania were forcibly removed from their homes by Soviet forces and sent to Siberia. Among them was Erna, a devoted philosophy student and happily married mother. Separated from her husband, Erna and her daughter are sent along with other women and children to the desolate Siberian lands. Despite battling hunger, fear, and severe humiliation, Erna retains her spirit of freedom and hope of one day returning to her homeland over the course of the next fifteen years. This poignant story draws inspiration from historical events. Risttuules (2014) is available for streaming. Watch Risttuules (2014) online now and enjoy it for free on cineby or 123Movies.
