Point of No Return

Notorious criminal Maggie Hayward’s relentless aggression, even while under arrest, leads to her facing execution. Nevertheless, an undercover US government operative, known only as ‘Bob,’ orchestrates a fake death, transforming Maggie into a covert assassin trained for obedience. She assumes a new identity as a saleswoman named Claudia Anne Doran. Maggie also comes to share her life with J.P., a tolerant, kind-hearted photographer who is her building’s superintendent. Their growing affection complicates her assignments, as J.P.’s positive impact nurtures in her a conscience that values love over duty, contrasting with the agency’s cold pragmatism.
