The Slammin’ Salmon

In the comedy “The Slammin’ Salmon” (2009), former heavyweight boxing champion Cleon “Slammin'” Salmon, portrayed by Michael Clarke Duncan, has traded in the boxing ring for running a bustling restaurant in Miami. To push his staff to new heights, he sets up an intense contest among the waiters, challenging them to see who can rake in the most tips in a single night. The stakes are high, with the top earner walking away with a cool $10,000, while the underperformer faces a less enviable fate—a physical lesson from the champ himself. Stream now online.
