The Cannonball Run

In “The Cannonball Run” (1981), an exhilarating coast-to-coast road race serves as the backdrop for a high-speed adventure inspired by the true-life Cannonball Baker Sea to Shining Sea Memorial Trophy Dash. Initiated by Brock Yates, this madcap dash across America was a rebellious response to the 55 mph speed limits imposed at the time. Named after the legendary Erwin G. “Cannonball” Baker, whose cross-country motorcycle rides in the 1920s became the stuff of legend, the film brings to life an array of characters and tactics inspired by the real racers who participated over the years. The Cannonball Run is captivating. You can watch “The Cannonball Run” online for free on cineby or 123Movies, where the thrills of the race come alive from the comfort of your own home.
