Häxan

Häxan (1922) is a legendary film by Benjamin Christensen that delves into the eerie world of grave robbing, torture, possessed nuns, and devilish Sabbaths. Through a collection of dramatic scenes, it intriguingly examines the idea that medieval witches experienced the same hysteria as psychiatric patients from the early 1900s. Far from being a solemn exploration, the movie blends elements of fear, grotesque imagery, and dark humor into a captivating witches’ brew. Watch Häxan (1922) free now.
