Hit by Lightning

Ricky Miller is a quiet, single, 40-year-old aspiring writer who manages a Debbie’s restaurant, and he’s easily overlooked in a crowd. His life takes an unexpected turn when he meets Danita, the love of his life, on E-Happily.com and enters an online relationship that quickly becomes more complicated than anticipated—since she asks him to commit murder! Ricky’s best friend Seth is suspicious, believing no perfect “10” like Danita would date Ricky without hidden intentions or eyesight issues, causing Ricky to grow doubtful too. Danita eventually reveals she’s actually married to Ben Jacobs, a charismatic crime novelist and former Rabbi, claiming she wants to leave him but fears for her safety. Now Ricky must decide if he’ll proceed with Danita’s deadly plan or discover the truth behind her motives.
