Unplugging

Imagine a rustic escape devoid of cell service, the Internet, or social media as an ideal way to reignite your marriage and intimacy. Meet Dan and Jeanine Dewerson, whose bedroom only lights up with electricity from their wall socket, while their daughter’s closest companion is her iPad. Determined to change things, Dan organizes a peaceful, relaxing weekend in a secluded mountain town — no kids, no phones, no social media, just pure fresh air and plenty of romance. Yet, what starts as the dream getaway turns into chaos with mysterious happenings, potent edibles, irritable locals, and a bothersome one-eyed dog. Deprived of GPS for direction or social media for entertainment, Dan and Jeanine must reconnect with one another. Watch “Unplugging (2022)” now!
