Simulant

Faye finds herself trying to fill the void left by her late husband, Evan, by bringing an android replicant of him, known as SIM, into her life. Although SIM Evan mirrors the original Evan in every conceivable way, Faye’s feelings for the android don’t quite match those she had for her human partner. As SIM Evan tries to rekindle their love, he must also evade a persistent government agent tasked with capturing rogue SIMs who have gained self-awareness and may pose a danger to humanity.
