Away We Go

Verona and Burt relocate to Colorado aiming to be near Burt’s parents, but their plans are upended when Burt’s parents announce their relocation to Belgium, leaving them in a less-than-desirable place with no family support. With Verona expecting their first child, the couple embarks on a cross-country trip, visiting a variety of locales where friends and family reside, experiencing a range of cities, climates, and familial dynamics. As they wander, they discover that their journey is not so much about finding the ideal place to settle, but rather about deciding the kind of parents they aspire to become.
