Casper

Disappointed that her deceased father left her a dreary-looking mansion instead of his riches, Carrigan Crittenden intends to destroy the place until she stumbles upon a treasure map hidden inside. Entering the creaky mansion with hopes of finding the treasure, she is startled by a group of mischievous ghosts. Eager to uncover the hidden riches, she enlists the help of Dr. James Harvey, a specialist in ghostly matters, to clear out the spectral inhabitants. Together with his daughter Kat, Dr. Harvey moves into the mansion, where Kat befriends Casper, a young and very friendly ghost. However, Casper’s uncles—Stretch, Fatso, and Stinkie—have no intention of letting the living stay. “Casper (1995)” is a delightful film.
