Anwar

“Anwar” tells the tale of a young artist who decides to leave behind everything he’s familiar with in order to escape a world he can no longer recognize. In pursuit of a love story he’s always desired, he instead experiences profound betrayal from his mentor, best friend, and true love. Emotionally drained and devastated, he seeks solace in an old building. However, upon waking, he finds himself in a drastically altered reality, mistaken for a terrorist. This places him at the heart of an unusual series of events that poignantly reflect the contemporary Indian experience and, on a larger scale, the universal Human Condition. Watch “Anwar” for free.
