The Stranglers of Bombay

Set in 1826 during the British rule in India, the film unveils the chilling activities of the secret Thugee cult. This cult, under the guise of worshiping the goddess Kali, engages in the brutal mutilation and mass killing of thousands of locals, while also targeting the shipments of the British East-India Tea Company. The British military leaders dismiss these incidents as mere accidents, but a solitary captain becomes suspicious and is determined to investigate the alarming events, even if it jeopardizes his career.
