River City Panic

In the tight-knit community of Ottawa, Illinois, where gossip spreads rapidly and everyone’s affairs are common knowledge, a group of six friends decides to break their usual habit of staying in and critiquing movies in their basement. This time, they venture out for a night of fun in town, a decision that ordinarily wouldn’t pose much of a challenge. However, this isn’t just any night. As rumors of the police commissioner’s sudden disappearance ripple through the town and the mayor enforces a strict curfew, chaos swiftly grows and Ottawa is plunged into frenzy. Is this chaos merely panic? Or perhaps a curse? Some even speculate Abraham Lincoln might be involved. Regardless of the cause, the friends are now painfully aware that leaving the comfort of their basement was a mistake.
