Once he relocates to his new residence in the Hollywood Hills, he begins experiencing unsettling phenomena—audible voices and haunting visions—often jolting him awake with a mysterious echo emanating from somewhere on the property. As his work on the book progresses into a formidable piece, the line between creativity and madness blurs, affecting his grip on reality. Those close to him—his nephew, his agent, and his husband—make concerted efforts to help him regain his footing, though the mysterious voices in the house’s bomb shelter grow increasingly insistent. Colin’s ordeal reaches a crescendo as he culminates his book with a gripping encounter with a familiar figure in the bomb shelter. Alone Time (2023) awaits viewers here, offering a thrilling watch.
