Altar Egos

In a bid to revitalize their congregation, Pastor John (Robert Amaya) and his wife, Betsy (Erin Bethea), make the bold decision to revamp their church’s Christmas pageant. Shocked by these changes, the long-serving choir director, Mary Margaret (Sallie Wanchisn), leads a choir boycott. Faced with possible job loss, Pastor John adopts an elderly disguise to bridge the generational divide, win Mary over, and bring the choir back. As he uncovers deeper issues than anticipated, he realizes the critical lesson of loving those who seem unlovable, risking losing his church and family if he fails. “Altar Egos (2017)” is available for streaming.
