Altered Perception

“Altered Perception” is a Blanc-Biehn produced film exploring a government initiative to create a drug meant to modify or enhance perceptions during trauma or stress. This experimental substance is intended to alleviate problems ranging from racial tensions to PTSD and geopolitical conflicts. Before it can be widely used, a detailed study is essential to determine the appropriate dosage and the effects on individuals.
