Annapolis

Jake Huard, hailing from a family of shipbuilders, vowed to his dying mother that he would gain admission to the prestigious Annapolis Naval Academy. Through sheer persistence in petitioning a Congressman, Jake manages to secure a spot despite having mediocre grades. Once on campus, he discovers that his academic performance is lacking. Pushed to his limits and often made the scapegoat for his class’s dilemmas due to his overconfidence, Jake considers leaving.
