Arc

Set deep within the criminal world of Los Angeles, “Arc” tells the tale of Paris Pritchert, a former cop who has turned to dealing drugs and battling addiction. Paris sets out on a journey to locate a missing child, believing this mission might restore his crumbling morality. However, his faith rests entirely on remaining under the influence, convincing him that staying perpetually high is the key to achieving his goal. To boost his chances, Paris partners with Maya Gibbs, an African American sex worker familiar with street life and the works of Maya Angelou and Nadine Gordimer. In their unpredictable quest, the pair intersects with a variety of characters: the child’s desperate parents, a doctor with a liking for “Street Boys,” a self-proclaimed King Of Porn, a gourmet drug supplier, and a crafty cop engaged in numerous cons.
