Babel

In a captivating fantasy tale perfect for the entire family, “Babel (1999)” unfolds the magical story of the Babels—peculiar creatures who, at just four feet tall, once lived harmoniously alongside humans on Earth. Trouble began when humans erected a colossal tower in defiance of God, inciting His wrath and causing the Babels to be banished underground. Meanwhile, humans were scattered worldwide, each group now speaking a unique language to ensure their separation. Millennia later, a trio of Babels embarks on a quest in search of the divine Babel Stone, bestowed upon them by God, only to misplace their map, which ends up with a dog. This canine’s owner, an advertising professional named Patrick, unknowingly holds the key, and his son David is enlisted in the Babels’ mission to retrieve the map and locate the Babel Stone before the villainous Nemrod seizes its mystical powers.
