Bad Actress

Alyssa Rampart Pillage, once a famed TV star, finds her career dwindled to the point where she’s now appearing in commercials for her husband Bernie’s appliance business. Tragedy strikes when their environmentally conscious daughter, Topanga, dies in a freak golf ball accident, pushing Bernie to a spiritual brink leading to chaotic attempts to donate their wealth. However, this personal disaster becomes a turning point for Alyssa as she reinvents herself, and as her list of misfortunes grows, so too does her fame. “Bad Actress” humorously skewers the glitzy world of Hollywood and celebrity culture, revealing that celebrity status often overshadows true justice in society.
