Bugs Bunny’s 3rd Movie: 1001 Rabbit Tales

If Bugs Bunny posed his iconic question, “What’s up, doc?” to today’s Warner Bros. team, he’d hit the nail on the head. In *1001 Rabbit Tales*, they’ve cleverly stitched together an array of beloved cartoons starring Bugs and his hapless friends into a full-length movie. The story follows Bugs and Daffy as they engage in a friendly contest, each striving to outdo the other in selling children’s books. But Bugs’ whimsical journey takes a turn when he unwittingly arrives at Yosemite Sam’s castle, the unlikely abode of a harem-leader. Sam has a persistent problem in the form of his son, Prince Abalaba, who demands bedtime stories, leaving Bugs with the choice of reading or facing a rather oily fate.
