Cannibal Suburbia

In “Cannibal Suburbia” (2008), Melbourne’s suburban streets become hunting grounds for predatory party girls and man-eating lookalikes in a trio of boundary-pushing stories created by the innovative Australian team, Pleasant Productions. The film begins with the harrowing experience of an elderly woman who ends up at the wrong party, segues into an imaginative narrative about a prankster facing his twisted doppelganger, and concludes with a man’s quest for romance at the sinister Snuff Machine.
