Carnival Night 2, or 50 Years Later

The author’s reinterpretation of the iconic New Year’s comedy delivers a fresh take rather than a direct replication of the original. This festive chaos unfolds in the familiar House of Culture, the same venue that hosted the New Year celebration half a century ago. Now bearing the name of Ogurtsov, the center is managed by the bureaucratic Mr. Kabachkov. Amidst this setting, we see the spirited Alyona Krylatova and the youthful Denis Kolechkin working at the recreation center. Alyona wholeheartedly resists Kabachkov’s bureaucracy and opportunism, with Denis supporting her efforts. Enjoy “Carnival Night 2, or 50 Years Later (2006)” online now.
