Cartel Land

In the Mexican region of Michoacán, Dr. Jose Mireles, affectionately known as “El Doctor,” leads a community revolt against the Knights Templar, a fearsome drug cartel that has inflicted destruction on the area for many years. Similarly, in the Altar Valley of Arizona, a 52-mile desert strip also referred to as Cocaine Alley, American veteran Tim “Nailer” Foley commands a modest paramilitary team called Arizona Border Recon, aiming to prevent the violence from Mexico’s drug conflicts from crossing the border.
