Chris Hardwick: Mandroid

Hipsters, take note: there’s no irony in Chris Hardwick’s love for Captain Picard, Comic-Con, and the Atari 2600. “Chris Hardwick: Mandroid,” recorded at the Skirball Center for Performing Arts in New York City, showcases Hardwick’s frank comedic stories. The show covers a broad range of topics, including virginity, the chess club, shark vaginas, and the awkwardness of both childhood and adulthood, which he presents as merely an extension of childhood awkwardness. Additionally, he humorously explores subjects like Quidditch, reviving his old MySpace profile, and the impossible mission of deleting his Facebook account, all while playfully using #hashtags out of context.
