Upon returning from the battlefields of Iraq, National Guard soldier Samantha Harrison discovers that her military training provides no solace for her PTSD or the difficulties of readjusting to civilian life. As she grapples with her trauma, Samantha is shocked to learn she’s being accused of a friendly fire incident that resulted in the deaths of two American soldiers, and soon becomes the target of a vengeful comrade determined to make her pay.
