Crush

In a quaint English village, three women in their forties gather weekly, indulging in gin, cigarettes, and confections. Their meetings revolve around humorous exchanges, where they compete to determine whose romantic life is the most dismal. Kate, who is the headmistress of the village school, finds camaraderie with her closest friends—a police chief and a doctor with a history of three divorces—through these light-hearted conversations.
