Dark Night

“Dark Night” offers a haunting depiction of a seemingly ordinary summer day that gradually builds toward an ominous climax—a mass shooting at a suburban cinema complex. The film diverges from typical true crime storytelling, instead weaving a tapestry of disconnected scenes from the everyday experiences of various characters, each of whom is unknowingly connected by a shared, tragic destiny. As evening approaches, the serene facade of mundane life gives way to an unsettling, unavoidable terror. Stream “Dark Night (2017)”.
