Dave

In “Dave” (1993), the President of the United States, Bill Mitchell, is known for his infidelity and aloofness. However, when Mitchell suffers a catastrophic stroke during an illicit rendezvous, Dave is left to continue the act indefinitely. Bob Alexander, the cunning and self-serving Chief of Staff, sees this as his opportunity to seize power.
