Doom

A squad of elite space marines called the Rapid Response Tactical Squad, led by the tough Sarge, is dispatched to a Martian research facility following a reported security breach. Upon arrival, they discover that the alarm was triggered because a test subject—a convicted mass murderer infused with alien DNA—escaped and started a deadly rampage. Dr. Grimm, who shares a connection with team member Reaper, warns the squad that the alien chromosome is capable of transforming humans into monstrous entities and is extremely contagious.
