Finding Joy

Kyle, an egotistic and self-important novelist, finds himself discontented and yearning to recreate the triumph he experienced with his debut book. However, his not-so-glamorous existence quickly spirals downward, compelling him to move back in with his bizarre, peculiar family in a rather humbling return home. Surprisingly, things start to look up when Kyle encounters a lively and dynamic young woman from the neighborhood who enlists his help in her mission to improve the world, reinvigorating his spirit and sparking his literary creativity. Unfortunately, this newfound joy is fleeting, as Joy, the neighbor, reveals she has limited time left and desires Kyle to compose her obituary.
