For One Night
Overview
In their community, there have always been separate proms for white and black students. When both groups had their eyes set on hiring the same DJ, Brianna McCallister proposed merging the events to boost budget efficiency for better decorations. Her suggestion sparked controversy, particularly as tensions rose following an incident where a white student faced no punishment for an act that led to a black student being suspended. The question remains: can this town overcome deeply rooted racial issues and unite for one unforgettable night? For One Night (2006) can be streamed online here. You can watch it for free on sites like cineby and 123Movies.
