Fulboy

On the brink of reaching his ultimate goal, Tomás opens up his life as a professional footballer to his older brother, Martin Farina. Despite never realizing his own ambition of playing football, Martin immerses himself in the world of Tomás and his teammates, capturing their realities with his camera. Martin’s presence, however, evokes mixed reactions among the club members, as some see him as an outsider revealing their private moments and uncertainties about life post-football. Fulboy delivers an unfiltered and intimate exploration of how athletes from the world’s most beloved sport spend their time off the field. Additionally, Fulboy delves into an analysis of Farina’s cinematic approaches, questioning both his perspective and the audience’s perception of masculinity. Watch Fulboy (2015) now!
