Game Change

Inspired by the book by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin, “Game Change” delves into the 2008 Presidential election from the perspective of the Republican campaign. The narrative spotlights candidate John McCain’s unexpected decision to select the relatively inexperienced Alaskan governor, Sarah Palin, as his vice-presidential nominee. As the campaign intensifies, Palin’s unfamiliarity with the political arena and media interactions becomes a significant challenge for McCain and his advisors. Directed by Jay Roach, known for his work on “Recount” and the “Austin Powers” series, “Game Change” made its debut on HBO on March 10th, 2012. Watch Game Change free.
