Sierra Young is a young actress on the rise, pulling in $10 million per film. However, her lavish lifestyle is marred by late-night parties, constant complaints on set, and a declining performance ability. After a particularly destructive tantrum leading to two black eyes, the film’s director ships her off to a rehabilitation center in an isolated Utah town. She quickly escapes and finds refuge with Nettie, who runs a quaint bed and breakfast. Here, Sierra encounters Nettie’s grandson Tyler, who is in charge of the local theater group. Assuming a fake identity, she spins an elaborate tale for Nettie and auditions for a role in Tyler’s “Taming of the Shrew” production. As her team sends a private investigator to track her down, the question remains: can she discover her true self among the town’s genuine residents?
