Heidi

Heidi is a tale about a spirited eight-year-old orphan from Switzerland who is initially placed in the care of her reclusive grandfather living among the mountains. However, her aunt later reclaims her and relocates Heidi to the opulent Sesemann household in Frankfurt, Germany, where she is meant to be a companion to Klara, a girl confined to a wheelchair. Although Heidi finds herself discontented in this new environment, she strives to adapt, all the while yearning to return to her grandfather. Heidi (2015) is available for streaming online.
