It Was You Charlie

Abner Roth, who was once a successful sculptor and college art instructor, now finds himself working as a solitary night doorman, a mere echo of his former vibrant self. Burdened by the loss of his true love and the haunting memory of a fatal car crash involving a woman a year ago, he teeters on the edge of despair, although there’s a dark humor to his situation. Enter Zoe, a lively taxi driver with a generous heart and a knack for persuasion, whose infectious energy encourages Abner to reconsider his life and make peace with his troubled history.
