Killing for Love

In Lynchburg, Virginia, on March 30, 1985, Derek and Nancy Haysom were found murdered in their own home. The spotlight turned on their daughter Elizabeth and her boyfriend, Jens Söring, who opted to flee to Europe but were apprehended and returned to face justice in the U.S. Elizabeth was handed down a 90-year sentence for inciting murder, while Jens was sentenced to two life terms. The acclaimed filmmakers Karin Steinberger and Marcus Vetter, along with their dedicated team, delved into this case for over three years. Their investigation shed new light, revealing that none of the blood discovered at the crime scene came from Jens Söring. Killing for Love (2016) can be streamed now.
