Kinky Boots

Charles Price grew up immersed in his family’s shoe business in Northampton, England, never expecting to take the helm. However, after his father’s unexpected passing, Charles discovers that Price & Sons Shoes is on the brink of collapse. During a moment of despair, he crosses paths with Lola, a vibrant drag queen and cabaret performer, who shares her frustrations about the lack of suitable footwear for her performances. Together with Lauren, a former employee, Charles explores a bold new direction: creating men’s fetish footwear. With Lola onboard as the designer, the team embarks on an unconventional journey, navigating the challenges of staff prejudice, Lola’s adjustment to small-town life, and the underhanded schemes of Charles’ self-centered fiancée.
