Le Samourai

In an iconic role, Alain Delon embodies Jef Costello, a hitman with the precision of a samurai. When a meticulously executed assassination turns complicated, Jef faces pressure from both a tenacious detective and an unforgiving boss, while his iconic fedora and trench coat offer no safeguard. Jean‑Pierre Melville’s *Le Samourai* is a stylish blend of 1940s American gangster films and 1960s French pop culture, enhanced by elements of Japanese lone-warrior myths. Watch Le Samourai.
